H. Faraz Naqvi M.D. General Partner, Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Naqvi was a Managing Director at Pequot Capital, the Manager of the Healthcare Funds, and together with Mr. Alphonse launched the Pequot Emerging Markets Healthcare Fund. Prior to Pequot Dr. Naqvi managed the Healthcare Funds at Allianz/Dresdner RCM capital where he had the highest returning funds in the world for two years. Dr. Naqvi began his finance career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. He received his M.D. from Harvard Medical School and a Masters in molecular biology from M.I.T. He trained in radiology at the University of California, San Francisco.

Navroze Alphonse, Partner, Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Alphonse was a Managing Director at Pequot Capital Management where he was the Portfolio Manager of the Healthcare Funds. In prior roles at Pequot, Navroze was Co-Portfolio Manager of the Healthcare Funds, launched the Pequot Emerging Markets Healthcare Fund with Dr. Naqvi, and was the Global Pharmaceutical Analyst for firm’s Healthcare Funds. Prior to Pequot Mr. Alphonse was the Senior Analyst at Sands Point Partners, and an Associate at Society General Cowen and Company, and Banc of America Securities.

Philip Kent Cooke, Founding Partner, President. Mr. Cooke has 24 years of Wall Street experience at Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Barclays. While at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Cooke was responsible for primary coverage of the largest Hedge Funds in the Western US territory. His specific areas of coverage included prime brokerage, asset financing, structured products and derivatives. At Credit Suisse Mr. Cooke co- managed the Western US equities and equity linked businesses: including core US, European and Asian cash equities, Prime Brokerage and asset financing, trading, structured products and derivatives generating revenue of over $250 million during his time running the businesses.

Cedric T. Chou JD, Managing Director, Head of Asia Strategy. Prior to joining Crossover, Mr. Chou had a distinguished career as an attorney. His practice had an emphasis on US cross‐border issues and Asia. Mr. Chou has assisted clients in transactions in the aggregate of more than US$2.5 billion. Mr. Chou was a partner at a leading US law firm, Greenberg Traurig and his experience working in Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong and Taipei allows him to bring clients a greater understanding of Pacific Rim legal, business, government affairs and cultural issues. Cedric currently serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Council of the UCLA Center for Chinese Studies. He was also honored to receive recognition by the President of the Republic of China in Taipei in 2004. Mr. Chou holds a Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law.
